Taking pride in tomorrow’s musicians

Since 1965, the Niagara Symphony SummerMusic Camp has stimulated and encouraged young musicians. Members of the NSA teaching faculty are professional musicians selected for their knowledge and ability to inspire participants. They are dedicated to creating an environment that instils a joy of music and its performance while developing strong technical and ensemble skills. Many of the apprentice staff of enthusiastic young musicians are former campers, eager to blend learning with fun. With a strong belief in the value of music education, the Niagara Symphony has been able to establish performance programs for all skill levels and ages. Each year, over 250 children, ages 4-18 attend camp, 25 of which receive full or partial scholarships through the support of annual bursaries.
