Viola

Born and raised in Hamilton.  Started violin lessons at age 9.  Mus. Bac. from McMaster U.  Played in many music ensembles including:  Hamilton Youth Orchestra, Toronto Youth Orchestra, Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra, Te Deum Orch., Symphony Hamilton and the Niagara Symphony.  Currently Principal viola of Symphony Hamilton, violist with the NSO, member of "Serenata" and "Panache" striing quartettes as well as singing Bass in Strata Vocal Ensemble  and singing and playing fiddle in the folk group "What The Folk?"  I also teach strings at the Burlington Suzuki School,  Suzuki Niagara and the DSBN instrumental music programme.  In my copious spare time, I am also addicted to playing squash and following soccer, especially "Arsenal"
